I was In Today for my first appointment ever, with a botched hair job, and Megan B took me in and talked to me about what exactly I wanted. She established very clear communication and understood the assignment! She told me every time she was going to do something or walk away. She is truly calming and professional. I left with what I wanted and with a trust in her abilities. I’ve already rebooked with this gentle soul who knows her stuff! I look forward to my next appointment!
