Incredible customer service, very friendly staff. They give lots of advice and help with how to proceed regarding big repairs, which helps with the stress alot. I go here for all my automobile service needs.

I busted a tire and went to the nearest garage to the incident. They told me my rear brakes were gone and if I continue to drive it I will ruin the callipers and whatnot and it will be more expensive so they can do them for me now. I said no thanks because I just changed them 2 months ago so I will need to get them warrantied and went on my way. I brought my vehicle with the warranty parts to Napa Bay Roberts a month or more later. They called me and told me there’s nothing wrong with my rear brakes and asked who told me that. The most integrity and honesty of any mechanics around. I know very little about vehicles, but my partner and I always go here when our vehicles need anything more complex than an oil change. Five stars. Keep it up bys, you have a great reputation!
