Jackie V. is outstanding at what she does. I had balayage done and started w/ very dark hair, also not the healthiest. She was honest and always kept the health of my hair in mind. She got me to a beautiful ashy tone and my hair is shiny and soft. I was so pleased, and I’m usually so picky which is why I kept it dark so many years. Not anymore! Neg was amazing! I had no idea what I wanted to do with my ombré, and I was terrified that it would look bad on me. I trusted her and she gave me the perfect color and I get compliments on my ombré everywhere! She also did my sister's hair which was a much longer process because she has very thick hair and had highlights which needed to be taken out before the ombré was in. Long story short: my sister looks absolutely gorgeous with her hair and it is actually making her want to go lighter! Not to mention, our haircuts are perfect!!! No one ever gets our cuts right! Going to Neg forever!
