“I go there for 10 years invisibility can give 5 star but their new phone system this week is aweful...I couldn't make a sick visit appt for over 2 hours because of there new system that just did crazy things like turn off the phone or put me as call back and only ring not even one full ring so messed up but there is no one ro talk to about the system that would answer their phones“

“Dr. Israel Stellar but titrating patient load. Nurse Practicioner Burnbaum competent and caring. Endocrinologist Dr. Kanton initial visit helpful. And follow-up appt pending. Dr.Ross takes too long to address medication needs avoids return phone calls and taking pharmacy action.in my opinion. Some of the appointment-maker staff are ineffective. Complaints can go ignored from.oversight staff. Otherwise Facility has diffetent specialties and convenient business hours.“

The only think i faced last night in NJ, at the rt 17 location, a very disgusting lady in the reception, were 2, just one was visibly annoyed to see people and kids, frustrated and unhappy, tired, i mean if you don’t wanna be in this practice doing this job, why are you even there? Just quit and let other ppl work! No one is forcing you! You create a bad imagine to this practice!Plus I didn’t understand her purpose there coz i filled up all the paperwork, except for her being there to send a bad vibe to the ppl, i don’t understand why she was there!Apart from that lady, hands down for this clinic!“
