I visited the store first time ever. The man behind the counter was glaring at me like I just arrived from outer space. No ‘good morning.’ I asked the price of cleaning pants and he snapped back ‘What!’ I repeated my question and he said seven. I left to shop around and he muttered something as I Ieft. Amazing lack of customer service given the competition
I take clothes here to get altered all the time and I've never been disappointed! They always do a great job and are super nice! They even called me saying one thing I measured wrong and requested to be done would hurt the overall look of the garment. I really appreciated that.
