“Update below:<br><br>My dog was their patient for 13 years and when I called to have my dog euthanized because he was dieing from lack of air due to cancer, I was told they couldn't see him that day but I would have to make an appointment and they didn't have any opening until the next day. I told them he wouldn't make it to the next day. They have no compassion for your pets. Called another vet and they said bring him right in. Never made it to the vet he passed away at home.<br><br>Update to this review:<br>My dog's doctor, Dr. Robinson, and staff were extremely apologic the way this situation was handled so I decided to give them another chance with my other dog, who is diabetic and has a bad heart. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly and caring for my dog and I am pleased now and give them 4 stars.“

“My wife and I came in with our pet holland lop and Dr Goodman provided exceptional care with the check up and we learned a lot about our rabbit from head to tail in a very thorough fashion. We had no idea that rabbit’s molars develop spurs from chewing and Dr Goodman was able to identify this problem and resolve the issue and make our rabbit happy again- we will definitely be back.“

“Dr. Kwon just blew my mind with his vet skills. I have never seen my dog act so calm at a vet before. As soon as Dr Kwon came into the room, he sat on the floor to greet my dog. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and then did NOT try to nickle and dime me at the end like my last vet did.<br><br>All around a great place to go with a super friendly staff.“

“We've been to a lot of vets having moved several times over the last few years. None even compare to how amazing Tri-County is. The doctors take you seriously and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Last night our older beagle broke two teeth knocking into something and all vets were closed. I called tri county and their answering service picked up. It was such a relief to speak to a real person who assured me it would be okay and took my information. When they opened at 8am (much earlier than any other vet around) I called again (nervous dog mom) and it turns out I interrupted the receptionist calling me to set up an emergency visit! I couldn't believe how responsive and attentive they were for a dog I hadn't even brought in yet! Within an hour my wife had our dog in their offices and the whole appointment took 20 minutes. We left with medication and our very sleepy girl. I cannot tell you how relieved our whole family was that she came home quickly. She is asleep on the couch getting lots of cuddles and I am sitting here feeling so blessed to live five minutes from this office. Truly an amazing and compassionate group of people. Also- incredibly affordable for an emergency visit. I would have emptied my bank account to keep my girl safe, but I didn't need to. My only wish is that my dogs needed cheaper medication but I'll take it up with them“

“Every time we need to bring our pets here, our visits are always extremely thorough and attentive. We even moved away from the area a few years ago but both my husband and I feel the extra drive there is beyond well worth it since the continuous service and care blows away any other place we’ve tried! :)“

“The vets at Aston Vet are all so caring, patient, and gentle with my dogs. Gracie and Spunky are both nervous pups and the vets and techs do everything they can to make them comfortable. They are very responsive to setting up appointments for more urgent needs, send reminders for routine visits, and even have a convenient mail order pharmacy service for my pets regular medicine. 10/10 service with 10/10 people. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who has pets!!“

I always have lots of questions for the vet and they always answer thoroughly and with patience.
