“Excellent company to do business with! They worked quickly and met every expectation. This was the second siding job I have done with them and just like the first one they did not disappoint. All of the employees were very polite and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the work. But with every big project there can always be complications that arise. We had a small issue with my tenants air conditioning unit mid way through the project but Bruce was very attentive and made sure to correct the issue asap so that my tenant didn’t have to spend too much time in a hot apartment. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work and will always recommend them to anyone looking to repair/replace the siding in their home.“

“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. “Recently we had a sinkhole develop in our backyard. It turned out to be a long ago iron septic tank which had rusted to the point of the ground sinking. The owner, Fabio, took on the job of removing the tank. Then filling the eight foot deep hole with crushed stone and topped it off with dirt and topsoil. The job was done well. The yard was cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with IPRO. I highly recommend them.“

“I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“
