He explained how he could repair the leak in my roof to extend its life and though we chose to to go with the new roof option, I found it refreshing to be given a cheaper solution by a contractor. Erik’s sent his project manager Craig to my house to oversee the job. Craig sent me daily overhead drone photos of my roof’s progress as my roof is very high. “Tony, Danny and their crew did great in cleaning fireplace and clean out in basement although it was alot of ash they handled it professionally. While cleaning they found the chimney was in need of repair and replacement. They guided me through the steps by means of pictures as well.
They demoed the chimney and next day built new one with new terracotta liner and formed A new waterproof crown

“John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. He left the area as if he was never here.I will have John back to replace the pipes we discussed and keep my chimney clean. Great Job.“

Roofing has been the best I have ever had, to date, with a member of the trades. As a woman with a background in building science, far too many of my experiences with tradespeople that are men have been assuming my ignorance, being condescended to, being cut off and spoken over, and, sadly, receiving estimates from those that I have learned should not be in construction at all due to their lack of knowledge and often combined with an ingrained work culture to just get it done fast, instead of get it done right.Cafo is different. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“
