We had a totally blocked kitchen sink and John from Advanced had to snake about 30' twice to clear it. He explained how the blockage developed and what we might do to prevent a repeat.

I called Advanced Plumbing at close to 7p late on a Friday evening. The sewage line had backed up, and there was sewage all over the floor of the basement. I tried calling three different plumbers, but unsurprisingly, it's not easy to find someone who's available and willing to come over to your house at 7p on a Friday. I am extremely grateful that Advanced Plumbing answered my call and was able to send someone to the house within the hour. The technician, Mike, was a true professional, and he helped to get the sewage line unblocked in very little time. If I could give 10 stars for Advanced Plumbing &Drain Cleaning...also listed as AAA Advanced...I most certainly would!! My 94+1/2 year old mother lives in a house built in 1880!! There are 2 trees that have always caused root trouble over the 6 plus decades she has lived in the house. She said..."CALL ADVANCED PLUMBING ...they did an amazing job years ago and cleared the roots blocking the sewage!!" This past Friday...I didn't listen to mom's advice and called a different company that said ...after HOURS of trying....they were unsuccessful in breaking through the blockage. The next step would be a camera so they can determine where to dig!!!$$$$... read full review
