From the moment I walked in and talked to the front desk everyone was extremely kind and welcoming! The intake process was easy and quick and the whole staff was respectful and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Would definitely recommend this place to others!
The intake staff was very nice and considerate. They were pretty busy and she did her best to let everyone know about updates on times and apologized for the wait, as well as thanked everyone for their patience.
Place is a joke currently waiting forever they have an online check in system that isn’t connected with their system you check in online and it still doesn’t check you in so you think you’re checked in while it tells you you are. Receptionist has to check you in herself which is pointless for an ONLINE check in system and wait list which isn’t accurate as well. Receptionist has no idea what they do here even though it states online what they provide hence why I made the appointment. So even though I was checked in 4 other people who came in after me went in before me before the receptionist realized I was here and checked in online.
