“It's my first time seeing an optometrist and the whole experience in here has been a breeze. Everyone were very thorough and provided me with so much information as a first time glasses wearer. No rushing, no judgment, every interactions feel very sincere and genuine. I also came with my mom, a non english speaker, but right away feels very comfortable with Karen's outgoing and friendly personality. “I left two reviews one raving about my first appointment being the best I ever had and the second, not so good because it took 5 weeks to get may glasses, and they did not communicate with me when I reached out as to the "why". On the last call, 5 weeks, they made good and texted me to pick-up my glasses. I picked them up the next day and they offered me a $50.00 refund for my trouble. I had to come back and state that they made things right . I am sure this was just a misunderstanding, however, I would tell them that feedback and a promise to get back to you, should be followed through. I can see now that I have my glasses so thank you to Dr. Marlee and to the male optometrist.“

“Nice group of people,very professional but they still mandate mask wearing (unhealthy/ineffective) so I decided to no longer go there. (Due to the mask wearing, the doctor had to wipe the lens when he was looking into my eyes several times due to the condensation. How can one get an accurate reading like tha!?)Foolishness!“

“Some people might prefer a more more modern office BUT if you are caring for someone who has difficulty communicating or tolerating tests, they may be older or have a disability, Dr Yaros is patient, accommodating & finds a way to achieve the end goal. My aunt has glaucoma & had cataract surgery we wouldn't have preserved her vision as much as we have without him.“
