“I was going to a wedding in Georgia in a couple of days, and the zipper broke on the dress I was supposed to wear. I showed up pretty late on a Friday afternoon, and they fixed my zipper, installed a clamp, and sowed it back up right there with no issues. I was anticipating them telling me they wouldn’t be able to fix it in time, so I was so so so grateful that they took the time to help me.“
