Refused to see my son, who was complaining that his throat hurt terribly. All because of their irrational fear of covid. Which I explained that he had already had 45 days prior. I even had paperwork that I was willing to show. Their response? No, we'll only give you a virtual to make sure it's not covid. How are you going to figure out if its covid or strep through a 10mp picture? She had no response. This place has been a dumpster fire ever since the hospital closed. Whomever is in charge should just bar the doors and be done with it.

I have been going to this facility since I had my first daughter in 2007 and have brought all of my kids there. I still do to this day. Yes getting in contact with them sometimes is agitating but other then that the doctors are always nice and always make you feel comfortable and seem like they genuinely care.

Pretty much the same complaints as everyone else. The office staff chats while the check-ins are back up. You can then expect to sit in the wait room for long after you scheduled time and watch many people who came in after you be taken back before you. Looking for a new Dr today. (PS I switched to Penn Medicine in Woodbury Heights- amazing, check them out!)
