The first time I purchased glasses was in person elsewhere and I was so overwhelmed by all of the options. I took a long time trying things on and ended up with subpar frames. The second time I purchased glasses online. The frames were better, but didn't fit well because they weren't adjusted the way they need to be. I really appreciate the approach that Bill Curran took with me when I went to buy my new pair. He gave me a few options that he recommended, saving a lot of time and overwhelm. I then selected a frame type and then color. It was a guided experience, which I needed! I am so happy with the glasses I have, Silhouettes. They are so light, comfortable, and stylish.“

“I left two reviews one raving about my first appointment being the best I ever had and the second, not so good because it took 5 weeks to get may glasses, and they did not communicate with me when I reached out as to the "why". On the last call, 5 weeks, they made good and texted me to pick-up my glasses. I picked them up the next day and they offered me a $50.00 refund for my trouble. I had to come back and state that they made things right . I am sure this was just a misunderstanding, however, I would tell them that feedback and a promise to get back to you, should be followed through. (Due to the mask wearing, the doctor had to wipe the lens when he was looking into my eyes several times due to the condensation. How can one get an accurate reading like tha!?)Foolishness!“

She helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looked good on me and were in my price range. She explained to me about how bifocals work. I recently picked them up and they fit perfect.
