My therapist Rebecca was fantastic. Very compassionate and knowledgeable and asked the right questions to get to the heart of my physical problems. She offered many practical suggestions and exercises for minimizing my difficulties.
If you are looking for quality PT/OT in a clean and friendly environment; this place is for you! The PT/OTs there only work with a maximum of two clients at a time. They work really hard to get you appointments that work in your schedule.
Matt at Penn Therapy & Fitness was a fantastic physical therapist. He was a crucial part of my recovery following my spinal fusion. He had a great plan and adjusted as needed. I highly recommend Penn Therapy & Fitness in Woodbury Heights!
