The Mrs. Is a very thorough doc. Assistants are great with my "awnry" little pooch. Not particularly happy with recheck visits and having to pay reoccurring fees but you do what you gotta do for you furry friend!
I would recommend trying to see the guy Dr. as he is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you get the lady doctor (his wife) on the other hand, she will try to order every test, recommend every shot, medication, etc., just to bring up your bill to as high as possible. I would avoid her as much as possible.
My kitty cat was dying, and both days I went back, I had no option and got stuck with her, as she was the only one with open appointments, and of course, again, she’s trying to recommend everything she can think of for me to do.. $400 for blood work for a cat that needs to be put down..?? I have been taking my animals to Gray Fox for multiple years now, after having many horrible experiences within other veterinary establishments all up and down the east coast. I have never been treated with such kindness, empathy, understanding, patience, love, respect, and true understanding of my concerns in EVERY possible aspect, the way I have been from every single member of the Gray Fox team since the beginning.
