After the SOS tech performed our annual furnace check, he discovered a cracked heat exchanger. The furnace was over 30 years old and need replaced. SOS provided us with multiple options in various price ranges for us to choose from. Within the week, our new furnace & air was installed in one day by their friendly professional technicians. Thanks again SOS, you're the best!
We've been working with Sergio for a few years and he's always been responsive and ready to help us solve our hvac issues as quickly as possible! And he's been very considerate with the fact that we have an infant so he always rushes to fix our problems quickly. Stand up guy with very fair pricing, highly recommend!
Our aircon unit is not cooling so we called SOS. They schedule the repair for the next day. Sergio confirmed the repair and came on time. Our aircon needs a capacitor and Sergio has the supply on his truck.He gave me tips on how to properly maintain my aircon units.
