I placed an order on December 26 and never received my items. They don't respond to email and the number given is always busy. I'm trying to request a refund. It's really no stars.
I am so disappointed! I ordered my products online back on September 13, 2023, and I have yet to receive my products. I have tried on numerous occasions to try and communicate with the company to no avail. I have ordered from this company previously and it has never taken this long. If I don't receive a response by the end of this month, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Oh..and when I check on the status of package with the tracking number provided it states that the a label and tracking number has been created but the USPS is waiting for Glamorous Chicks Cosmetics to provide package that is to be sent. UNBELIEVABLE!
This review is based on their website and customer service. I recently made a purchase from Glamorous chicks and several things were wrong. Amongst not receiving products for which I was charged, then said it was delivered and yet was not in the package, I was also charged shipping I wasn't supposed to, and got several glitters that had a different name so I am unsure if I even got the right ones. I've contacted them several times very nicely to make them aware and to ask to get my missing product, inquire about if the glitters just had a name change so I could order the correct name in the future and about the shipping refund. They have ignored me each time.... read full review
