Very dissatisfied with the communication with this establishment here. I set appointment for my 4yr old days ago only to find out his actual appointment was canceled and no one bothered to call me, we were a hour early as well. My son is a little advanced for his age and the only questions that were asked of me making his appointment was if he knew his numbers, letters, and shapes, in which he does. Two of the assistants were arguing in front of me and my son stating that they're was some kind of "conversation" where the doctor didn't want any kids under 5, which is unprofessional, and given a sorry of an excuse of an apology. I wouldn't recommend coming here, until they can get there issues together. Also, if you're military by chance, they knew very little as to how it working with having TRICARE to pay for your eye exams which was also frustrating. Lastly, do not pay over priced contacts when you can go to Walmart and get the same contacts for a cheaper price. I was quoted between $300-$800. I got a bundle for less than $150. I will not return here again.
