About Contact Lens & Vision

Contact Lens & Vision offers a great and nice experience with an exceptional and outstanding doctor. The first desk is amazing, and the eyeglass technician is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Everyone is friendly enough and knows what they are doing. They have a big selection of different designers including sunglasses. However, some supporting staff can seem busy, an assistant was not friendly, and patient chairs were broken. The assistant did not explain exams or communicate well.

Overall the staff is courteous and friendly, never had a problem. Some of the testing locations are a bit tight, but not enough to take down a star for this review.. Service is timely and they are highly accommodating when it comes to rescheduled.

My daughter had a great experience with the provider and first desk was amazing also but unfortunately the assistant wasn’t friendly and didn’t explain anything. She would tell her move here and didn’t explain what the exam was about or what she was going to do next. She didn’t communicate and had an attitude doing her job.

Everything went really well! Everyone is friendly enough and they know what they are doing. My Dr. (Avanti) is outstanding!! I just wish that I did not have to repeat things I already did online on the website.
