,What a gem of a service. Dealing with pests is daunting but Carlos was exceptional! He was professional, courteous and so knowledgeable. I was so impressed especially with such an unpleasant situation.. I couldn't have been more pleased. Bowco has always been great to us but with Carlos on their team I'm not going anywhere else!

I was due for my tri-yearly maintenance spray, and I was also seeing quite a few yellow jackets inside my screened in balcony very recently. Ruben came and did a thorough check in my grill, my utility closet, even a roller shade. He checked every nook and cranny. Thank goodness there was no nest, but enough we're getting in to freak me out. So he sprayed in corners and gaps to kill them (in case they were somewhere he couldn't check), and as a preventative measure. He told me about his more than 20 years dealing with all different kinds of wasps, so I feel very confident in his abilities. Thank you Ruben! And Bowco is the best anyway, so ... read full review
