I went to see Sofia for brow and lip waxing and she was amazing! She’s so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products she showed me. Highly recommend her for all your brow and facial waxing needs!
Sophia did a great job with my eyebrow appointment. She cared about the sensitivity of my skin and opted for less waxing without me having to ask because she said she wants to make the process as least painful for me as possible. She was knoweledgeable about products and techniques and I left feeling like I know more about how to do my brows myself. She was very personable and fun to talk to. I also think it was the least painful waxing I've ever had! I'll definitely be going back. Plus they gave me a free mascara sample which was great.
Denise is absolutely amazing and I recommend her 100%. She was so calm with me and assisted me with all brow and makeup related issues, she went above and beyond and even insured to keep connection for future visits. These are the connections that I truly miss when it comes to customer service and of course she made my brows look Absolutely amazing for my vacation.
