“Wanted to get my 15-year-old heat-pump checked out before the next blast of arctic air hits. Called their office over lunch and they gave me a window of 2-6 pm. Shortly thereafter I got a text saying a technician would arrive soon, one showed up at 2pm. Matthew was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He checked out my entire system, pronounced it in good working order, and also pointed out a few parts that might need replacing in the near future. He took pictures to document the state of various system components for future reference. For example, they'll clean the condenser and fan during the summer checkup. I liked how he took time to let the outdoor unit stabilize completely before checking the pressures. Other repair people haven't bothered with that step. He was also very diligent in reassembling everything. The prices to preemptively replace the parts that might go bad (a main relay and compressor start capacitor) were quite high, but the additional cost of a full-year service contract was only $100 more than the $89 service call, so this way I'm covered if anything fails.“

“Ralph from Davis came out to do cleaning and maintenance on our heater, and as usual, it was a 100% professional job. On-time and quick, with explanations of all the work performed.“

“We hired Robaire to install 4 mini splits to one outside unit. Rob came over and we planned how and where everything would be installed. The order was placed and about 2 weeks later, they came to install. Work took a day and a half, and when it was all done, my house got cold fast. My review is all positive but if you need a negative to balance it out, they did leave dirty finger and hand prints on the units and the wall around the unit. I just wiped everything when they were done and all is good. I had a concern after the installment, so I contacted Rob and he sent someone to take a look. It has been 3 months and everything is working great. Great install and no complaints. I will recommend Robaire to anyone who is looking into A\C for their house.“
