I had my heat pump serviced today by Fante's and the job was done by the technican Wyatt William. He is a very polite and detailed young man. Except performing his job, he explains and shows me what he is doing. For the issues, he provides me all possible solutions and you don't feel the stress to buy them right away. In the final report, the solutions are listed and can be a reference fo future. In all, the service and procedure is in a pleasent way. For a preventive service and a repairation, I recommand Wyatt and Fantes.
Bob was absolutely amazing in his timing getting here, his explanation of what was going on and fixing it. I would absolutely highly recommend in an emergency or just simple maintenance.
Bob is awesome! He introduced himself right away. He got right to work. He explained everything to me in detail and allowed me to watch him work. His friendly and calm demeanor made his visit all the well better. I'll definitely be requesting him for any future visits. Thank you Bob for a job well done!!
