Williamstown Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is a state-of-the-art facility with an experienced and knowledgeable team. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and genuine, providing exceptional customer service. They take the time to address unique needs, including rare medical conditions and special needs children. The office is clean, and the front desk staff is professional and welcoming. The dentists and hygienists are gentle and skilled, making patients feel comfortable and cared for. While there may be occasional wait times, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, making it a reliable choice for dental care.
After 7 dentists, 2 just today , we finally found a dentist that listened and was able to get my daughter in the same day and do a "baby root canal" to save the tooth 🙌 and help with pain until we get into the endodontist on February 7th! 🙏🙏 100 out of 100 recommend. He took the time out to listen to concerns and what road blocks we were hitting ( her being a child but needing work done on a 6 year old molar that is an adult tooth, most pediatric dentists won't work on adult teeth but adult dentists won't work on children under 13 typically) He explained everything before starting the procedure and stopped and answered all questions or concerns she had during it. He showed her how each tool worked and anything that looked "scary " to her he allowed her too feel to help calm her nerves. She did this all without laughing gas. He had amazing bedside manner and I highly suggest him , for adults and children older than 9. He said he typically doesn't work with children younger than Danielle (10) but he absolutely was amazing. His name was Eric Valdes, DMD and they are located in Williamstown! Thank you! thank you! thank you!
Went today for the first time. Dr. Valdes was so nice! He took his time to explain things to me and answer my questions. I’m always scared to death to go to a dentist and have ruined my teeth because of that. He gave me enough confidence to go to my next appointment. The staff was also so very nice! Clean , calm, fast and not pushy!
I have been coming here for a long time and ELENA is the ONLY one I will ever let clean my teeth for the rest of my life! She is so amazing, gentle and personable. I am always laughing in her chair and I always leave with my teeth squeaky clean. I have major anxiety and with her, I’ve finally gotten to the point where I don’t need music blasting in my ear. She makes you feel super comfortable, every single time !!!!
