Reliable company with a solid reputation! Came to install multiple units at our church. While they were there I got a call that my heat was not working at home. Friedrich fit me in *that day* and got it fixed.
If you are looking for an HVAC system, need maintenance or repairs, you absolutely should call Friedrich HVAC! They are professional, always quick to respond to anything you might need, and their pricing is great! I have referred them to my friends and family as they are just amazing! I have had two slight issues which they handled immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
We had no heat on Saturday, the coldest day of this year, and when I called, I received a return phone call within 15 minutes and the tech was there in about a half an hour. He did the trouble shooting and fixed our issue immediately. The charges were beyond reasonable and DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL US, unlike some of the bigger companies. I would highly recommend them!!
