I’m truly impressed with their service. I called on Tuesday at 8am they were there at 11. Diagnosed the problem to be a blower fan. Ordered the parts and was up on Thursday. The only reason it took an extra day was because of a part out of stock. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra.
Called Horizon first, because we had seen the trucks in our area. They quoted me almost THREE TIMES what Friedrich charged. The entire process was easy, ordering the part, they promptly called me when received, and scheduled me for the next day and at an EXACT time, not a window. Work was done quickly, very professional, nice guy. Call Friedrich- they are absolutely the way to go!
We had three estimates on a hard to do AC job in our older Gibbstown house this past fall 2020. Bob was the only one who said they could replace our central AC system the way it was. Bob , Mike and their team did a wonderful job installing the system during Feb 2021. They came when they said would and finished on time.
