I have been going to Dr. Richie's Crestwood Village Vet Clinic for many years and never had a bad experience. The whole office is inviting, friendly, kind and helpful. Kim the receptionist makes making an appointment and getting my cat Patrick's medicine very easy, PLUS a great receptionist.
Finally after 15 years in the area I found a Veterinarian that gives personal service is not part of a big money grabbing corporation. Crestwood Veterinariary Clinic. Doctor James J. Riche gave my pet personal hands on attention. He was thorough, caring and spent an amazing amount with my 12 yr old Shih Tzu Chippy. The experience was everything I hoped for and I couldn't be happier.
I find the Crestwood Village Veterinary Clinic to be state of the art. I take my 3 kids there (cats). The office is a little small, but the care and treatment is great. The staff takes the time with the animal and treats them with respect. Even the animals that are difficult the staff is able to relax the pet and proceed with the exam It takes exceptionally dedicated people to do their job.
