I woke up on this freezing Sunday morning to no heat and two thermostats with black screens. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with Stryker and Brandon agreed to drive an hour to my location to help me out. Not only was he personable and professional, he went to work, from my basement to my attic, to diagnose and fix the issue(s) and at a VERY reasonable price. I am now in a warm house again! I highly recommend and will use this company again.
My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Sean Merek, and we cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service he provided. Upon moving into our new apartment, we were met with an unexpected issue our air conditioning unit was not functioning. This was particularly concerning, given the heat of the season.
After reporting the problem, we were informed that it would be a few days before a technician could attend to the issue. While the wait was less than ideal, it was clear that Sean was managing a busy schedule, and we appreciated the prompt communication and realistic timeframe provided.

I recently had Stryker to my home to diagnose and fix a leak from an upstairs bathroom sink that was running down 2 floors into the basement. Timmy and Nyle were total professionals (thanks again guys!) and were able to quickly diagnose a broken pipe in the wall. They installws a new fitting and piping to fix the issue with the least amount of wall demo possible. They fully explained the work along the way, protected the affected areas of the house and left the workspace completely clean upon finishing. All done at a very fair price. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs you may have.
