“Always traumatic for me to use someone new. Had a leak in the basement in a hard to reach spot. Discovered the leak on Sunday afternoon.... called first thing Monday.... called me right back and got me in the schedule. What I thought would be complicated (corroded T joint that went through one of the beams)... he knew exactly what to do and replaced it very quickly. So nice when people really know what their doing. Tyler was professional and personable. Charges were extremely reasonable. Will definitely use again if needed.“

Rich made a dozen calls with a variety of professionals, talked through the issue with me, and in the end, an issue that I thought would have added weeks to our timeline was resolved within a day.
