We met with a few contractors when we decided to pave the old asphalt driveway at our newer house that likely hadn't been paved in more than thirty years. We really wanted to do tar and chip and Craig was the only contractor who confidently said it would work on our slight incline of a driveway, and he was right; it isn't causing any of the issues that the other contractors said it would, which just goes to show that Craig is experienced and knowledgable. He also removed an old concrete apron and opened up the top of our driveway. The tar and chip driveway turned out beautiful and we would be more than happy to work with Craig again in the future.“

“I found Charlie Snowder through Google. We were looking for someone to remove a load bearing wall in our house to open things up. It wasn't a simple, straight forward remodel since it was load bearing and in addition was supporting a huge beam in one of the rooms. Charlie came over and took a look, gave us some on the spot design and construction information. He consulted with a structural engineer and got back to us with a quote within a few days. Once we gave him the go ahead and signed some paperwork, work started within a few days. Each of the tradesmen he sent to our house wore a mask and were very neat and kept things tidy. We had several different crews doing different aspects of work. Charlie kept us informed ahead of each crew as to who was coming and when. I did call him once with something I noticed that needed some touching up, he sent someone over that afternoon and did it. The end result is gorgeous! They did a wonderful job. “Jaime was such a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend him enough for any deck work. I needed major repairs on my deck and needed supports as the deck was originally built with none and no permits. There were several estimates to do the repairs and Jaime was the most reasonable cost. So happy we went with him! He literally had to take the deck apart and rebuild it after putting in the new supports so essentially he built a new deck with same materials. It looks better than ever. Him and his wife were also very communicative with the deck approval process which was a lot of back and forth but they kept me posted every step of the way. Not only was his quote lower than the others received, but it was his explanation of the work he would do and the materials he'd use to repair sections of rotted exterior siding of my home that made me comfortable with him. Above that, he delivered! Started on the day he said he would, completed the work in two days, quality of work was excellent, and cleanup was meticulous as well.
