While the doctor is great, his finance staff revolves and leaves much to be desired in etiquette, manners and professionalism. Let me be specific, sending four discrepant bills, seeking clarity and asking for such, is then received at an a emergency appointment with “you will not be seen until you pay immediately”. Confusing treatment and billing without any courtesy to reply by Laurie, and then be so rudely treated and insulted is unacceptable. Hopefully his staff will learn to model their bosses demeanor. Perhaps some upskilling and basic parameters versus a shotgun approach to billing due to their unorganization would benefit them. Eventually this will risk patients wanting to have a great doctor because the staff is an issue and lacks basic decorum.
