My experience at Pascack Valley was very good,. Everything from the time I arrived until I was supposed to leave. The Social service dept. didn't seem to be prepared for me to leave the hospital the day I should have left. I was not from that area . And it just appears that they were not prepared to find PT etc in my area. And they just past the buck and had excuses. Both the supervisor and the woman we spoke with. Other then the two of them everything was great.
I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Savci and the staff at Pascack Valley Hospital. They made my experience much easier, providing me with a wealth of information from pregnancy to labor and delivery, as well as guidance on how to care for my baby. I’m so happy we chose Pascack Valley Hospital. I highly recommend this hospital! The nurses were polite, compassionate, and truly caring.
The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. THey were unable to complete my procedure due to an anomaly with my bloodwork but they wre quick and very courteous in informing me of the situation.
