Noel was provided amazing service and answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me all the information I needed to keep my hot water heater in shape.
Only took off one star because the range they gave me for when he would arrive was way off. Apparently he got held up at another job so not his fault, but the range the office gave me was very inaccurate (twice).
Excellent service by installers. They were very professional and had good technical knowledge. They crew gave updates along the way, providing details of any issue and their solution during the installation.
John Kubik and his team did an amazing job installing a new furnace + AC. They took extra care to ensure all the pipes are good, checked every detail and left the place perfectly clean. I did my previous furnace install also with Gold Medal and since I was very happy with the prior experience, went back to them again to replace
