I needed some extensive work and it was all done quickly in the office in one day. The staff were very friendly and didn't make an issue over the fact that I was late getting there. Dr.McNerney is a jewel! He got down to work with his extremely efficient staff, all the while insuring I was comfortable. His nurses are very sweet and attentive. I left out of that office beaming! 1. Please be sure to get an Estimate of Benefits from your insurance provider BEFORE having any dental work done. (Ask b Dental for procedure codes)
2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.
