You have to be so cautious when hiring anyone to do work needed. I cannot say enough about what a competent team of workers and positive experience we had with Bricks. This even begins with my initial phone call with Dora. We ran into a problem (NOT the fault of the workers), and they called in other team workers and they worked together to rectify the problem. I wish I could remember all their names because we were calling them not their right names!! They know who they are!! Very courteous, knowledgeable and kind. We are having a new cap on our chimney replaced and had our dryer vent cleaned out. We definitely will be having additional work done by them. Thank you again. Extremely pleased.
This is very simple - these folks are experienced, do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, efficiently and thoroughly.....My first contact with Bricks was with Dora (Yes!) and then came Alex (Yes, again!) who were both wonderful.
