Good afternoon, I am giving this score for the lady who has always been there- However, for the Daughter that just recently start working a BIG 0, She is unethical, unprofessional, no manners, rude , do not even know how to speak to customers-I don't understand how this person works here, since he has no manners at all to treat customers - the owner should evaluate this behavior - absolutely such a bad behavior for this business.

I visited this laundromat a year ago to try to salvage my outdoor cushions that were ruined during Hurricane Ida, along with the 6ft flooding we had at home. The cushions were not a priority at the time in the grand scheme of flood repairs. So I did not think they could be salvaged given the time that had past but, Jean was soo helpful in giving me not only tips and tricks on how to clean them at the laundromat, as well as at home for the oversized pieces that understandably could not be cleaned at the location.
