Excellent veterinarian, is the best
Took my pet here twice spent $1000. Needed to get reimbursed from my pet insurance. Told me they would submit it on my behalf. I waited two weeks and they did not. Called them again on a Friday and they said the doctor would fill it out by Monday when he is in again. I wait until the following Thursday again they did not. Called again and they finally submitted it. Two and a half weeks later (today) I received an email stating they were missing the medical SOAP notes. Call the receptionist she is not sure what they are. Explained to her that the other receptionist told me the doctor would fill out the form and medical notes but only filled out the form.
