We had a sewer backup here at Riverdale yesterday and toilet overflowed. It was very disgusting and we cannot use toilet or sink in the entire building. Called Smiley and got an appointment for this morning. Communication was very easy and clear. When the plumber Nick got here, he evaluated the situation and proposed a few solutions and cost, all very reasonable and trustworthy. Very good experience overall. Very happy and lucky to find another plumbing company that I would trust. Thank you guys very much!
5 stars for Smiley Drain! Came home last night and found the bath tub and laundry sink backed up. Called Smiley Drain at 8:30 the next morning and they were at the house by 9:30! Stan was great to work with and he got the job done quickly! Price was reasonable and service was second-to-none! Big shout out to Denise, Mike, Stan and the rest of the team at Smiley Drain!
