It’s deep tissue, and I always feel like they get in and alleviate any tension across my body. Surprised that it’s gotten some negative reviews. “They took my mom, myself and my sister for 60 min foot reflexology massages and they helped the pain and aches we had! It was such a pleasant experience and such a great therapeutic foot massage. My plantar fasciitis feels much better post reflexology. We will definitely be back!!“
