I was blessed enough to run into the CEO, Tony at Festifall and he was nothing but friendly, helpful and motivating. I’ve been a part of the community for about a month and it has been nothing but life changing for me. I suffer from chronic pain and after just a month, my pain has disappeared. The personal trainers are fabulous. They are motivating, energetic, passionate about what they do and they tailor the workouts to your needs. They always help you with your form, and offer alternative workouts if you’re unable to do one they’ve offered. The shared group classes are very small, so you are still receiving what I would say is 1 on 1 attention from your personal trainer. And being with others with similar goals who also help you has been more than encouraging! I’ve had the privilege of doing a 1 on 1 class due to being the only individual signing up for a Thursday morning class and that itself was such an amazing experience. If you think you’re incapable of this- you are wrong. This community is super accommodating and will work with you because they deeply care about your health and life goals. I am so entirely grateful I ran into these wonderful group of people because they have truly changed my life in a matter of one month. These workouts are literally the best part of my day! Even on mornings where I would usually skip my workouts, I am now motivated to go there just because I love it that much and my entire mood is completely turned around. If you are looking for the best start of your health journey- this is it! This is more than just a gym but you are working with people who have such a passion and heart with what they are doing.
