Natalie is probably one of the quickest and most responsive business owners I’ve ever worked with. She responds at lightening speed, and thoroughly. She is friendly and easy to work with. She takes her business and artistic craft very seriously. She made a special exception to open her studio for me to be sure I could get maternity photos in time (before I was too far along, since I had to delay due to medical concerns). Once scheduled, I really enjoyed being in her beautiful studio, it is a castle! She takes Covid seriously and I felt very safe. Also her hair and makeup artist is fantastic. Even tho I had a different expectation of the final photo edits, those that she did do came out beautiful and are special. I’m grateful for the photos I have and appreciate her trying to edit another photo as a courtesy to make sure I was happy. My final prints were shipped safely, too. So if you decide to have them shipped, no need to worry. They’re packaged well. I definitely recommend working with Natalie, going to her beautiful studio and taking a day to get glammed up and take photos you can cherish for years to come.
