Carmen is absolutely incredible. Her studio is such an experience, like you’re walking into a speakeasy. Walk through Ono Bowls to the infrared heated studio with high ceils with chandelier fans, full Buddha mural wall and mirrors to check your posture. Her voice is calming, the movement is activating and you will leave feeling renewed. Her workshops are fresh, she has wellness Wednesdays with private massage sessions by CitiZEN Mobile Massage. Her most recent event, Self-Cae Social included an outdoor wellness market on Quimby St with next level classes inside the studio.I am most excited for her Farm Yoga FEST this fall. Animals and yoga sign me up.
I would give Brassy Buddha, Carmen, Maggie, Antonia, Melissa, Gail, Alexa, and all of the instructors here 10 out 5 stars if I could. Each flow is so unique and well thought out. Honestly I have never been to such creative yoga classes before and I never know what to expect. The instructors are so sweet and it’s almost as if they’re mind readers. They always gives my mind, body, and soul what I need most every time. Thank you all for doing what you do!
Brassy Buddha is an amazing studio with such great teachers! Carmen the owner who also teaches is wonderful. There is such a great vibe and a variety of interesting classes from sculpt, to traditional flow to kids classes. There are also options for regular and hot yoga. The studio has infrared heat for extra benefits, and you always feel amazing after leaving. Carmen also offers Wellness Wednesday's where she brings in an amazing massage therapist who has a variety of options to relax and reset. Such an awesome addition to town, give it a try!
