Zac, Charlie and the guys were very pleasant and professional and did a great job! New windows look great and were installed properly. The door and storm door also installed properly. I can finally Open and shut my door and windows with ease. Will definitely use ZVA construction for my next project.
After not one but two other companies came out, Zac and his company worked to correct their mistake and install us a beautiful new three sectioned window. Not only was his team efficient and extremely tidy, I was able to put my 16 month old down for a nap they were practically quiet besides obvious construction noise. Absolutely amazing, super friendly and we are more then happy and pleased with our new window
Excellent job. ZVA Construction did a fantastic job remodeling my first floor. They were very detail oriented, pointing out things I might not have considered so that the final product looked its best. They didn't leave the job until I was one hundred percent satisfied. Zac was good about texting me at the end of the day to let me know what was to be done/expected the next day. I'll definitely use ZVA for future projects.
Job included: demo and replacement of existing gas fireplace. demo and replacement of stairs, banisters and balusters. Painting vaulted ceiling and stairwell. Demo and replacement of all flooring and baseboards.
