Jackie was confident, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was 100% satisfied with their hair. I had originally been a bit worried that we would be cutting it close with timing, but she was able to get through all of the girls, and made sure to double check everyones hair at the end, with time to spare. “I went to Lili Beauty Salon based on Google reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Lili is meticulous in her work. She did her work right. I have black hair and I know it takes a long time to bleach my hair to lighten it up. She didn’t rush the process unlike other salons do. When they rush the bleaching, it damages the cuticles especially when they add heat to it. Lili was patient and let my hair naturally go through the lightening process which in turn keep my hair healthy despite the multi process of bleaching and coloring. I was a first time customer and she went with her instincts with my haircut with very little guidance from me. And I love it. She knows what looks good on you. She asks for your permission. And if you say go ahead, she might just surprise you in a good way. She is a magician! Thank you Lili.“
