“Caring and wonderful staff- they made me feel at home immediately. Melissa listened to my concerns and helped me and my daughter when we both had very damaged hair from past treatment. She never judged me like other salons have in the past. She helped us with solutions that helped us have better understanding of how to care for our hair. I felt like I was with a friend when I took myself or my daughters in the salon. She helped me so much and I’m very appreciative. Excellent salon and definitely the best in the area?“

“I’ve gone here 2 times now and they have never disappoint.

The reason why I’m not giving a 5 starts is because during my massage, my masseuse kept leaving and answer calls. I totally understand that they are probably super busy and she was the receptionist as well but it kinda ruined the massage for me. This was a 90 minute massage and it happened pretty often throughout (4-5 times). The massage itself was great though. And my masseuse was a sweetheart.

My only suggestion is that if the reception does have to also massage clients, then they should only do it when it’s not busy. This will prevent a client having an experience like me.

However, I will totally come back. 10/10 recommend.“

“Nia was wonderful! I went in for a facial. As a new mom it was great to have some relaxing quiet time to myself. She took a look at my skin and made recommendations based on her evaluation and made sure she didn't use anything to strong or harmful as I am breastfeeding. I came out glowing and relaxed! I was even able to get an eyebrow wax during the facial as well. I highly recommend booking her for any skin or waxing needs! I'll be back!“

The wax is also amazing quality - I’ve been getting waxed for 10 years and have only just experienced the cream wax the spa uses and it’s a game changer - no irritation or pain. “Came to the hotel for a relaxing girls weekend and we both got massages. Pia was beyond amazing. She really listens to your needs and gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure my shoulder knots were addressed. She’s here Thursday to Sunday FYI :) Everyone at the hotel and the spa are kind and courteous. Would definitely come here again especially for that massage!“

“Nice staff and quick service. Got my eyebrows done and hair blowdried for a wedding, and they did a great job on both. Eyebrow threading is reasonably priced, the blow dry was slightly expensive for the area but well done.“
