From the moment I walked in—greeted by Kim and Sarais—and met the therapists who would be helping me with my foot, back, shoulder, and rib injuries, I felt I would be in caring hands.
The team was great at explaining my treatment plan and were always patient while coaching me through the process. I started with numerous exercises and always appreciated how they’d keep an eye on me to make sure I was doing each one the appropriate way.

Their personalities and calm approach also helped greatly, especially on the tougher days when I was feeling frustrated. Yet it was more than worth it since each of my injuries have healed.
