I highly recommend using Tom for your home inspection! As a first time buyer, everything about the buying process is incredibly intimidating, especially something like Home Inspection. Calling Tom to schedule an appointment was a very friendly and casual process, so I had a great feeling from the start he was be easy to work with.Not only was he incredible the day of the home inspection, but his explained to my fiance and me all of his findings and his own recommendations. He even taught us a few tricks to see how to maintain certain things in our eventual home. It was fun and engaging and you should hire Tom as well!

Tom was great, spent hours walking around the home with me and pointing out everything I need to know. As a first time homebuyer, I was going into this with no experience, and Tom made sure I left with a ton of knowledge that would have taken years to accrue on my own. Would def recommend!
