We wanted a wall in our backyard along the hill our house sits on, to both finish the the look of the backyard and serve as a path to make it easier to access our kayaks. We also wanted a set of stairs up the front of the hill to the back door. Once they got started, the crew finished the job in about 4 days, even with some modifications along the way. The end result is functional and beautiful! We found Charles & Son through a neighbor's recommendation and now we hope to be able to recommend them to someone else. And we have a couple of other projects that we'll prioritize now that we've found the right team to handle them.
Best experience I have ever had with a construction company! Charles and Son put a patio in for me. I was getting water in my basement. Issue resolved! Carlos made suggestions that were right on. Answered every question, responded immediately to every call . The crew was fabulous!! Thank you, thank you!!!
I hired Carlos and his crew to completely redo my backyard & front yard over the course of the last year. Not only did Carlos thoughtfully take us through design ideas and layouts before starting the job, but he was very transparent on costs and timing before starting and throughout. His guys did two MAJOR projects in less than 2 weeks (backyard in Nov/Dec and front yard and driveway at the end of July) -- they dug out existing retaining walls (front & back), rebuilt brand new, put extensive drainage throughout the entire property (we have water problems), built a brand new patio, expanded our driveway, dug it out and repaved, and planted all new around the property.... read full review
