I came with tax problems that were done elsewhere and I couldn't find a solution, nobody helped me until I went in one day to consult with Bella and Don Arturo, they explained me super well and they found the solution. All the staff is super friendly, friendly, respectful and above all, with a lot of awareness. I have been using them for 3 years now and I am not thinking of changing them for anything or for any other ATAX. My experience with ATAX Tax Preparer's was excellent. They were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They educated me on many aspects of the income tax process that I was not aware before. The team at ATAX as Lorena, Bella and Arturo took their time explaining the process, making sure everything was correct and up to par. I was impressed!!! I highly recommend anyone who needs guidance with their taxes to go to ATAX WNY.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm making an exception because of the great service and care I recieved. I highly recommend this place!It was my first time doing my taxes here and the entire staff was very helpful, professional, and delightful! Bella was very informative and answered all the questions I had. She advised me the best options for me for a higher tax return. She also took her time and attention, which is tough to find anywhere else around the area.
