A home is the most expensive purchase you will probably ever make, you should have the best team you can to make sure what you are buying isn't a money pit. Nigel and team were recommended to me by my realtor, and I could not have been happier. They came as a team of 4 that morning - one for an oil tank sweep, one for the chimney, one for the sewer line and one for the main inspection. They flew a drone over the room and the chimney to make sure it was sound - amazing pictures and detail. They informed me of the findings every step of the way. Nigel has been in contact with me constantly - he's honest, trustworthy and he's funny. Exceptional team!
