T.H.I.S. is the best. Nigel is great -- he and his team are always available when you need them. Real Estate in north Jersey moves fast, so you need an inspection very quickly, and they are able to accommodate. His inspection team is extremely thorough.

A home is the most expensive purchase you will probably ever make, you should have the best team you can to make sure what you are buying isn't a money pit. Nigel and team were recommended to me by my realtor, and I could not have been happier. They came as a team of 4 that morning - one for an oil tank sweep, one for the chimney, one for the sewer line and one for the main inspection. They flew a drone over the room and the chimney to make sure it was sound - amazing pictures and detail. They informed me of the findings every step of the way. Nigel has been in contact with me constantly - he's honest, trustworthy and he's funny. Exceptional team!
